    • Any attempt to bypass technical restrictions, share accounts, resell access, or misuse tools will result in immediate termination without refund.
    • Abusive usage (excessive consumption, resale automation, community disruption) will lead to a permanent ban.

    Ecom Efficiency is not responsible for the operation, performance, or policies of third-party tools. We shall not be liable for:

    • Downtime, interruptions, or removal of third-party services;
    • Loss of data, profits, or opportunities;
    • Account suspensions or bans imposed by third-party providers due to User actions.

    All trademarks, service names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

    7. Termination of Access

    All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once membership access has been granted, except in the event of a proven, major technical failure attributable solely to Ecom Efficiency. Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Account bans due to misuse or violation of the Terms of Service;
    • Downtime or removal of third-party tools;
    • User errors or failure to cancel before the renewal date.

    4. Billing & Cancellations

    Membership renewals occur automatically on the billing date until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

    5. Right to Refuse Service

    Ecom Efficiency reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any User at our sole discretion, including cases of abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; account sharing or resale of access; or breach of any clause in the Terms of Service. No refund will be granted in such cases.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecom Efficiency shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or inability to use third-party tools. Users agree to indemnify and hold Ecom Efficiency harmless against any claims related to misuse of the services.

    These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts in France after an attempt at amicable resolution.

    8. Conclusion

Ecom Efficiency is neither a reseller of subscriptions nor a provider of the third-party services accessible via the platform.
